Find freedom and begin to live in the moment.

Does it feel like anxiety has taken control of your life?

Whether you’ve always struggled with anxiety or it has just recently started to show up, it no longer feels manageable.

You’ve started to notice...

  • The racing thoughts and overthinking won’t go away

  • It’s hard to fall asleep and when you do, it doesn’t feel like a true, restful sleep

  • You’re starting to struggle in relationships or at work and it doesn’t feel like there is an end in sight

  • You feel disconnected from others and wonder “is anyone else struggling like this or am I alone?”

  • It’s harder to stop the anxious chatter in your head and your self-esteem is at rock bottom

Anxiety can take over all aspects of your daily life. You may constantly feel tired, not have an appetite for regular meals, and find yourself getting irritable or overwhelmed throughout the day. By the end of the day you are exhausted and dread having to do it all over again tomorrow. When you try to relax at night you can’t stop thinking of all the things you need to do.

You’re living for your days off and those never seem long enough - or enjoyable because you’re anxious about what’s next. You’re not alone and you don’t have to keep living in this cycle.

Did the anxiety use to be motivating?

Did it help you get good grades in school or excel at work?

Did your parents or teachers praise you for being the “perfect” child or the “so grown up for your age?”

Now, striving to be “perfect” has you feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and exhausted. You can’t keep living like this. You’re overthinking things at work, your relationships are suffering, and you didn’t picture life this way. Maybe you’ve never struggled with anxiety but you’ve recently noticed it creeping up. Maybe you’re going through a big life change or you’ve taken on a new responsibility. Maybe you feel like you’ve always managed things well and aren’t sure why you’re suddenly struggling.

The overwhelm and worry feels like it’s snowballing and you just want to get back to a place of calm and confidence.

This is the beginning of finding freedom.

Imagine a day where:

  • You wake up and feel rested and energized for the day ahead

  • You’re able to do your work, stay focused, and feel calm

  • You feel resilient and able to bounce back from setbacks and challenges

  • You’re able to reflect on moments at the end of the day where you experienced peace and had moments of connection and fun in your relationships

  • You no longer dread going to bed at night because you’re able to fall asleep quickly and not lay there overthinking

  • You enjoy your weekends because they’re a balance of fun and relaxation - not dreading the week ahead

Finding this freedom is possible - you don’t have to keep imagining it or waiting for it to show up.

Through our work together, living the life you imagined having is possible. We will spend time gaining insight, cultivating new skills, and developing confidence to move forward into the future.
